Passionate about sustainable innovation and development, she continuously seeks new knowledge and leverages art, culture, and storytelling as transformative tools to shift paradigms towards an environmentally safe and socially just future.

Recently completing a Master in Philosophy in Environment, Society, and Sustainability at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, Camila's thesis explored how contemporary music and arts festivals can serve as platforms for sustainable development. Over the past year, she has been leading strategy development for a social enterprise that connects talented artisans from around the globe with a digital marketplace in the USA—a startup built on fair trade and social impact strategies.
