Specialty: Contemporary, Somatics and Contact Improvisation

Roos van Barneveld has been deeply committed to performance, dance, education, and community from a young age. With a Bachelor’s in Dance Education from Codarts University and global experience as a performer and educator, she has developed an approach grounded in somatics, psychosocial awareness, contemporary techniques, and performance art.

Her passion for bridging ideas and people shines through in her work as artist and educator, where she creates spaces for both personal and social growth. Roos encourages critical thinking while maintaining a playful, creative state, inspiring individuals to rediscover their creativity and their collective capacity for societal impact.
